Please Choose I will be traveling with a friend/partner and will share with him/her I would like single accommodations. A single supplement charge will apply. I am traveling as a single but would like Hermes Tours to find me a share if possible. No charges will apply.

Travel Companion:
Please submit a second form if your travel companion does not have the same mailing address or will use a separate credit card for deposit. 

Share accommodation:  

Please indicate if you would prefer a double bed or twin beds in the hotels.  We will make every effort possible to accommodate.

Deposit/Payment:

A deposit of $500 USD per tour and person is required for us to reserve a space for you.  The deposit may be made either with credit card or check.  Final payment for the tour is due 80 days prior to departure.  Final Payment can only be done by either personal check or certified check, payable to Hermes Tours. Any credit cards used for final payments will be charged a fee of 4%. If we do not receive final payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 80 days before departure date. 

Cancellation Policy:

All notifications of cancellations much be received in writing.  We will assess the following penalties on the day that your cancellation is received: All cancellations will be assessed a $500.00 USD administration fee.  Final payment for the tour is due 80 days prior to departure.  If we do not receive final payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

1) Cancellations received more than 80 days prior to departure will be assessed a $500.00 USD administration fee.
2) Cancellations received within 40-79 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price. 
3) Cancellations received from departure date to 39 days prior to departure will be assessed a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price. 
4) No refunds will be given for any activity on the tour that you chose not to participate.
